Canada Builds/Rebuilds a Pavilion in Venice

Organised by the National Gallery of Canada under the curatorial direction of Réjean Legault, the Canada Pavilion presented Canada Builds/Rebuilds a Pavilion in Venice during the Biennale Architettura 2018. It shared the history of the pavilion while unveiling the Pavilion’s $3-million restoration, carried out by architect Alberico Barbiano di Belgiojoso, son of one of the partners of studio architetti B.B.P.R., with Troels Bruun, M+B Studio; Gordon Filewych, onebadant; Cornelia Hahn Oberlander and Bryce Gauthier of Enns Gauthier Landscape Architects.
